Satish Jindel - President

Satish Jindel has over 20 years experience in the transportation/logistics industry. In 1993, Satish founded SJ Consulting which performs strategy, marketing, operations, industry and M&A analysis for global, national and regional companies in the transportation and logistics industry (parcel, courier, LTL, truckload, airfreight, 3PL, fulfillment, ocean), and consults with hedge funds, portfolio managers and investment bankers on developments in the industry.

Satish’s personal strength includes understanding the dynamics of the overall transportation industry and forecasting trends years in advance. He has earned three masters’ degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including a MBA from the Wharton School.

Mike Prascak - Director of IT Development

Mike Prascak has spent 25 years in various positions in the IT industry in several different markets and organizations.  He has been with ShipMatrix since it’s inception in 1999.  Mike has been the primary Software Architect and Development Manager of the ShipMatrix product line, and even made the first sale of ShipRefund (today's EasyTrack).

Mike has experience implementing IT solutions in Higher Education, Local Government, Systems Integration and Consulting, Value-Added Reselling and Heavy Construction as well as Supply Chain and Transportation disciplines.  Mike’s IT specialties include software development, databases, financial accounting systems, parcel tracking and sales force automation.

Randy McClure - IT Director

Randy McClure has over 15 years managerial experience implementing IT solutions in the transportation and logistics industries. This has included both custom software development and software vendor solutions for transportation management, shipment visibility, warehousing, procurement, carrier management (LTL, truckload, small parcel), managed file transfer, and business-to-business (B2B) communications.

Randy's experience includes diverse IT consulting engagements in the transportation and logistics industries. He specializes in designing supply chain IT solutions as well as applying emerging technology to business problems. He has designed supply chain and shipment visibility solutions for several Fortune 500 companies as well as several Government agencies.

Robert Persuit - Business Development Manager

Robert brings over 24 years of transportation experience to ShipMatrix.  He spent 15 years in operations management & operations support, where he managed operations that processed over 350,000 packages per day during peak shipping.  Robert’s career path has led him to UPS, RPS/FedEx Ground, and Emery Worldwide Airline before landing at ShipMatrix and SJ Consulting Group. For the past 9 years Robert has been working as a Business Development Manager for ShipMatrix, where he has been instrumental in building our local customer base. 

Rich Stein - Business Development Manager

Rich Stein has spent the vast majority of his career working with some of the transportation industry’s leading technology providers.  Rich served as Eastern Business Development Director for 13 years at TanData (Now ConnectShip) a UPS subsidiary, where he was the recipient of multiple performance rewards.  Prior to joining ShipMatrix as a Business Development Manager, Rich served as Eastern Sales Alliance Manager for Kewill, Inc.
