EasyTrack is designed for easy installation and operation by non-IT personnel. You can either run the program in the background or schedule it to run during off-hours. Compatible with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS manifesting systems, this user-friendly application will help reduce shipping costs.

Minimal Requirements for Installing ShipMatrix® EasyTrack

  • Microsoft® Excel or Microsoft® Office (version 97 or more recent)*
  • Pentium II processor or better
  • Operating System: Windows NT/2000/XP
  • 256 MB RAM
  • 20 MB hard disk space
  • Internet connection
  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or greater)

*For ease of use and flexibility, all reports within ShipMatrix EasyTrack are formatted as .xls (Microsoft Excel) files. It is highly recommended that Excel be installed prior to installation of ShipMatrix EasyTrack.  There are technical alternatives if you do not have Excel, however some features will not be available.
